After discussing your proposed project we will present a visual in PDF format for your initial approval. You will review the design and make any comments for consideration. We then make alterations if necessary and present a further pdf file for your approval. Once approved we send a ‘Final Print Ready PDF for you to officially sign off.

After the initial consultation we normally prefer to provide our clients with a fixed price for each project, rather than charging an hourly rate. This way, you know exactly how much the project will cost and there are no unwelcome surprises at the end of the job. If it is a large job and there are several sets of amendments we will let you know as we go along the costings on these amends.

Yes you paid for it, so it is yours. If requested we will be happy to supply it on CD (there will be a minimum charge for this) or we can send it via email or DropBox for larger files.

On final payment is received, copyright of the final design is yours. However, we do retain the right to display the design in our portfolio, or for any other purpose either online or otherwise.

We always back up our work, so if you require any amendments to your files at a later date we can do this for an agreed fee. We then send the new job to you.

Yes that’s fine too….we have the best relationships, born of many years dealing directly with trade printers and we promise cost-effective print solutions for any job, large or small.
We monitor the print production on your behalf and ensure it is delivered on time at the agreed cost.

Yes, we can design the template of your website which you can take to any web developer. This will be supplied as a visual guide and supplied in image format. Alternatively, we can of course design the entire working website for you and also supply a domain registration, hosting and email service.
